Alyssa Cress is the Manager of Inclusive Leadership Development for Special Olympics North America, where she works to expand athlete leadership opportunities across the region after starting her journey as a coach and unified partner in 2011. Declan Fawcett, a Special Olympics athlete from Alberta with over 13 years of involvement, competes in multiple sports and serves in leadership roles including the Athlete Leadership Council while also representing his program as a Winter Games Athlete Ambassador. Amanda Harrinauth, from Special Olympics Northern California, is an athlete leader focused on amplifying athlete voices and promoting inclusion through leadership, media, and public speaking.
